All donations are made voluntarily. All donations will reach the beneficiaries and are not refunded unless the following reason existed -If the donor donates by mistake or the donation was made in incorrect amount or the charity is not the entity that the donor intended to donate to. In the previous case, the donor shall contact the Society by writing as soon as possible no later a week from the date of the transaction. The Society will examine the possibility of returning the refunds or not after verifying the identity of the donor, and the amounts shall be returned in the appropriate manner (cash / bank transfer) as the Society deems fit, within thirty days from the date of providing the data requested by the Society, minus the deducted fees which were needed for making donation process, or is required for the return process

All donations made through this service are submitted to the charity registered in the Ministry of Labor and Social Development under registration . , licensed to collect and spend money in accordance with the procedures and policies approved by the Society and in accordance with the regulations set out in the Laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain. The donors will receive an e-mail or text message on their phone. This message will be considered as a receipt.
